Screen capture onto video question Can't Post

Can anyone recommend a good program that could capture my on screen actions and record them to video? I want to put together a training DVD because I want to try and teach a seminar at next year's WEVA Expo. I'm working on a mac with Final Cut Pro, so that would be a factor in what I would be able to use.
