Showbiz software

Showbiz software	Can't Post

I am trying to make a slide show with showbiz software but when I add audio (music) to the ablum there is no sound. My computer system is HP media center 864n. I have tried to contact the software company but have not had any luck. Can anyone help me?

I can try to help you. Make sure the volume horn on the menu is slid all the way to the right. You will see this when you insert the music you want to use. As the graph fills in with the music track, above that will be the volume level. You cannot mix sound like wav and mp3-must be one or the other.
Make sure in your computer volume controls your sound is turned up at the master level in recording. My e-mail address is above if you need more specific help.

i recieved a copy of showbiz, with a dvd burner that i have bought, but i lost the cd, is there anyway that i could get another copy of the cd, for the software, because i lost the software on my computer also. i really enjoy using your showbiz slideshow maker, i like how you can add flames, or rain drops to the picture.
