VCDs Can't Post

I have burned some clips that I downloaded from the internet onto a CD-R disc. The details at the end so that I created 1 track with 74 files. Is this going to be a problem with playback on my DVD player since there is only 1 track? How can you correct this is necessary?

Re: VCDs Can't Post

From what you are saying you will have a problem. A true VCD is different than "video on a cd". First of all the DVD player must be VCD capatible, some aren't. Second the VCD is a very specific standard, MPEG1 at 352x240 and no more than 1150kbs. And lastly it must be authored like a DVD with a specific file structure. You can use burning programs like Nero or Roxio.
Good luck.

:I don't know. But here is what I would do. Use small softwares like XingMPEG Encoder or TMPGEnc to convert all the MPEGs to VCD format (PAL352/288-25fps NTSC352/240 29.97fps with audio 44100hz, 224kbs)first. Then use VCD Cutter to join all the 75 tracks into a single one and then burn it as a VCD.
