What is the best way for converting NTSC to PAL? Can't Post

Hello
My capture board is DV storm and I use Adobe Premiere 6.5 for editing movie, recently I bought a DVD and it is NTSC and I want to convert it to PAL.
In your opinion what is the best way for doing it?
Thanking you in advance for this consideration.

You may not need to convert it. A lot of DVD players will play either NTSC or PAL material.

But if you do, you might look into ProCoder, since you already have the Canopus Storm. ProCoder, among its other talents, will do format conversions.

Arghhhh...after a Google search, it is discovered that they got bought by the Firestore guys, who jacked up the price a good bit! It's a super fine tool, though.

Hi
Thanks for your help, it seems that converting is very difficult. Unfortunately some of good natural movies are in NTSC format and we are in Middle East cant use them like Timeless... A National Parks Odyssey by Patrick O'Hearn.
I don’t know how I can find them in PAL, if you know please help me.
Thanks
Sincerely
Cyrus
