avid to quicktime for web streaming and wma files Can't Post

one of my classmates set me up with a program called cleaner.
And this program allowed me to change a large quicktime ( almost 4 gigs to be exact and 13 min long) file to a wma and a smaller quicktime file for web streaming
however the smaller quicktime file is tooooooooo pixalated and then it won't let me switch to a wma files.
anyone know how to export an avid sequence into wma or a small quicktime file for webstreaming ?
please I am dire need of help.

You can spit em out as 'same as source' then take that into cleaner for the wma file or you can export a compressed quicktime that'llplay fine online.
I use 320X240
sorenson codec at medium settings (or compress a bit more if you like)
15 fps (you can use 10 if it's gonna be the 13 minute clip)
qualcom purevoive audio compression (mono)
