driver problems for sony DCR-PC105E

driver problems for sony DCR-PC105E	Can't Post

i recently brought the sony DCR-PC105E camcorder but when i plug it via fire wire to strem vidoe to my pc it detected new harware i thought the driver would be on the cd rom provided but this was not the case so no it is not istalled properly and doesnt work, does anyone know how to sort this or where i can find the drivers?

Is this a PAL format camera? Everything I have seen points to PAL (european format) as opposed to NTSC (US format). If you haven't already hit the Sony website for drivers start there. I've had no luck finding drivers through places like www.driverzone.com or other sources.

Hi,
I have just bought the same camera and cannot seem to get it connected via fire wire, have you had any luck yet?
I just get error "device input error".
any help???
