dvd programs Can't Post

hey what is a really good program for creating dvd's, menus etc..
something pro, cause i used ulead and roxio and they are real basic.
So if anyone knows a real good program with lots of freedom (eccept adobe encore, cuz i dont have win xp..)
please let me know!
my client wants his project on dvd, and i dont want it looking cheap home video style!!!

Look at DVDLab by MediaChance. Not expensive, but lots of value.
