sony camcorder transfer to PC became motion slower	Can't Post

Dear all,
I have a Sony camcorder DCR-TRV33E, when I transfer the video from my camcorder using USB port to my computer the result in computer when playback is very slow in motion and also no sound.
My computer is AMD 600MHz / RAM 256MB and using sony attached software Image mixer and also ULead Media studio pro.
Please help me....

I am having the same trouble, i have no advice but would love any helpful information you may have ran into on this subject, i'd like to be able to use sound with the video and can't find a way. Thanks for your time, good luck and if you could pass any info my way i'd apperciate it.

Try to transfer your video to PC thru Fire Wire adapter and matched cable. Price is app. EUR40 for both FW card and cable. Good luck!

hi i have a phone number for the company that produces the image mixer software for sony. The number is 01489 564764. Hopefully they may be able to help.
