Buy Hal's book...it has sample contracts and a lot more besides!
You could also do a search on "sample contract" in the wedding forum here at VU. But just looking at one person's contract won't tell you why certain clauses are in there, or whether anything important has been left out.

Try typing in wedding videographer contract into google and you will find many examples.

I have been using a contract made by NEBS (New England Business Service) for many years. I would imagine that you could go to their site and take a look. That contract is very simple and has some space to write-in what is covered. It comes in triplicate and three colored pages: one for records, one for client, and one for you. The other advice here is very good as well as far as google search.
