Adobe Production Studio Premium for WIN	Can't Post

I have a chance to get this production studio package for $649.00+10.00 shipping from ebay,it is the acadimic ver but i see no diff in the retail ver.
#1 Is this a good price.
#2 Is there any diff in versions
#3.Should i trust the person selling this on ebay

1, Yes and no. It's the same price that's available from Academic Superstore, a legitimate vendor: http://www.academicsuperstore.com/market/marketdisp.html?PartNo=746152

2. Academic software is identical to the "full" version, but is not upgradeable when a new version comes out. (This policy may differ for different manufacturers. Check Adobe's website.)

3. If the seller's feedback is good, and there is a fair amount of it, they're generally trustworthy. At that price, though, I'd buy from Academic Superstore.
