DVD Architect and NForce Chipsets Can't Post

I've just worked through a problem here, and thought that I'd share it, and the solution, for anyone else who's affected.

After installing my Pioneer 108 DVD burners and Sony DVD Architect 3.0 in a new computer, DVDA refused to "see" the DVD burners. Sony's knowledgebase recommends setting the burner's jumper to "Master" rather than using "Cable Select", and upgrading the burner's firmware. Neither of these procedures solved my problem.

My computer uses an ASUS A8N-SLI Premium motherboard, which uses the NVIDIA NForce 4 chipset. On advice from Vegas users in another forum, I downloaded and installed the latest NForce drivers from the NVIDIA website.

Installing the new drivers fixed the problem, and DVDA now sees both DVD burners!
