HUGE DVD Project Can't Post

I did a 350, 15 second segments project about a year ago to go into a software ap. Now the client wants to master this PLUS discriptive text for set top DVD players. This needs to be divided up into about 18 Chapters with up to 20 sub menu items per chapter. I guess that the text files would be best, added to the video timeline or there would be up to 40 sub menu items. Crazy

This needs to be "masterer" for an initial run of some 1000 DVDs. I have Encore 1.5 and have heard tht it's a nightmare to try to do sub menus. Is the new 2.0 supposed to be less buggy AND/OR is there a better software ap out there?

Thanks in advance for all sage wisdom and council. Cool
