Help transfer DVD-RAM to QuickTime Can't Post

I have a DVD Burner that plays the DVD-RAM. I don't have a way to directly send the real time video to my computer. But I do have a Dig8 that I can bridge the video to the PC. I have NTI DVD Maker 7 and I have Vegas 6 w/ DVD Architect 3. The goal is to convert this DVD-RAM to QuickTime. Can it be done with what I got or do I need to go at it with a different (hopefully a cheap fix) way.

Can't you just capture the video with Vegas and export?

Actualy no. My computor won't accept RAM. But it turned out easier then I thought. My Burner plays RAM to my Dig8. The Dig8 was used like a Hard Drive temporarily holding the video then putting a blank DVD-R into the burner. And back to the burner from the Dig8.
