"Pan and scan" in Premiere Pro Can't Post

Hi, hope I'm in the right place.
In Premiere 6.5 (I think) there was a feature that allowed me to "move around" on a picture - for example, if it was a still pic of someone holding an apple, I could start in close on the apple and zoom out to reveal the whole pic.
Now I edit with Premiere Pro and I can't find that same feature!
Does the program have that capability and I just can't figure out how to do it or does that feature not come in Pro?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, I think. Just select the clip and look at the effects tab. I think the motion settings there can be keyframed for zoom and position. HTH

Actually, I checked and they aren't keyframable - any tips?

You can zoom in & out or pan a picture in the effects window. It's very different from the 6.5 version.

the clips are fully keyframeable. I use the pan and scan all the time for montages. With a bit of practice I can add motion to a clip in about 20 seconds for a clip.
