Sony TRV310 - View Finder Can't Post
I've just acquired this Digital 8 camcorder and wished it offered a color view finder, much like the lessor models. However, the larger 3.5" LCD screen is simply great. Can anyone tell me if I acquired a color view finder from another unit, could this easily replace the b/w one on the 310? If so, how simple of a replacement would it be.

You can't interchange viewfinders. Besides, why would you want to? With both a B/W viewfinder and a color LCD screen, you have the best of both worlds. The B/W unit will provide much more resolution to determine focus. The color screen will let you know how your white balance is looking.
