Well, brand new there $250.00, So $50 isn't a bad offer not knowing how old or what the battery condition is. I'm willing to listen to a counter offer. I know you said it hasn't been used much so that makes me wonder a bit about the battery. Has it been charged lately? cycled through? Please, give me a counter offer.

Well, I am not sure where you guys got the information about the cost of the 30GB Video Ipod, but I paid around $500 for it... not $250, I also bought the Radio Shack warranty to if there is an issue with the battery they replace it for free. The thing is basically new... I used it for workouts a bit but it was too big, I carried it around with me to show video clips but never really used it that way. I keep it charged and upload new songs and videos from time to time.. Its not been sitting in drawer.

Here's where I got my info on the cost: Best Buy I know that the cost has come down probably since you bought yours. My 2gig Nano cost $200.00 a year and a half ago. Anyway, that's the going rate brand new. how much warranty does it have left?
