FX7 camera, Sony Bayonet Mount Wide Angle Lens with Factory Hood (the nicer WA designed for the V1U); 2 Sony brand hi-cap batteries, Sony Dual Battery Wall Charger, 3 Sony Premium MiniDV tapes, free firewire cable, Sony Head-Cleaning Cassette, all of the original packaging/accessories/cables for the camera and WA. Everything is in absolutely excellent condition.

For real?!?! I heard those are going for $1800 on ebay. Your rent must be coming due.

Exactly. Laugh August has been a crappy month for bookings and new contracts...especially after all the money I've blown on the GH1.

I'll probably eBay each piece individually if it doesn't sell in the next 24 hours or so. eBay is becoming a PITA...they hold your money until buyers leave feedback, and the sellers fees really add up. But yeah, they seem to be going for surprisingly high prices on eBay...even for ones that look in really bad shape.

Camera without WA lens or battery (WA and batteries inlcuded).












Here's the only damage on the camera. Some of the paint got rubbed off (above the "open" button) when I carried it once in a backpack rubbing against my laptop going to Mexico for a wedding, instead of the Lowepro case....





The WA adapter...this is the one made for the V1U...which is way more expensive and includes a lens hood with the same flip down lens cover like the factory hood...







All the original stuff...much of it never used.



Some free tapes and cleaning cassette....



Sony 970 and 960 hi-cap batteries. ONE of them is WAY more than enough to shoot a whole wedding day...with plenty to spare! The Sony dual-charger charges them both up over night.



Lowepro Magnum case...NICE...it has some more pouches that attach to the side that I didn't photo...gotta go get them out of the closet. Holds the FX7 perfectly, along with all the batteries, etc, and your headphones, digital recorders, wireless mics, etc. Lowepro is the best...IMHO...this case is NICE!




Photo with the Sony WA attached. This isn't the cheaper FX7 WA...it's the one made for the model V1U (better glass I think and the nice lens hood that is just like the factory hood.)























I REALLY take care of my kit...this stuff is, like always on my VU sales, damn near like brand new. For all this stuff it's about $600+ less than eBay...selling to pay rent after blowing all my cash on a GH1+accessories...which was probably a bad idea. All this stuff will be eBayed itemized tomorrow if it doesn't sell on VU for a larger price.

You can pay this camera off in one wedding...it does the job. Great for a starter who needs a turnkey/instant paycheck weddng kit.

By the way, that Velcro on the back if the batteries is where I attached my wireless receiver.

Since I stopped using wireless, I used the velcro to attach the 2nd battery(back to back), which made the tripod balance perfect with the WA attached.





If you live in Houston, I can also make you a GREAT combo deal on the FX7 PLUS a 3246+503 Manfrotto head/tripod deal...including padded Manfrotto case...not a cheap Bogen one. Good condition....field tested to be awesome!!!

What do you mean they hold your money...? If you get paid thru paypal they hold your money? That can't be right... I've bought a bunch of lenses recently and never left feedback... no one complained about leaving feedback yet...?

Yep, if you sell something you don't get yo' cash until the buyer leaves feedback...OR for like a specific time period...like freakin' 30 days or something (give buyer time to file complaint about not getting item). Great for buyers....crap for sellers....after all the best point of eBay was for jackasses like me trying to make others a great deal on some gear just to pay the rent and make some fast cash...not so anymore. eBay sucks now...but I guess its good for buyers...

On the plus side, it brings me back to selling on VU, where most people know they can buy my stuff without getting dick'd around like you can on eBay. I even send a lot of stuff out for free...'cause I've "taken" so much from VU'ers over the past. No selling fees, no waiting, no hassle, and quick sale means I'll sell for MUCH cheaper here.

Then again, I also have a wedding coord' friend who knows now to negotiate bookings for her clients with me at the end of the month. LaughLaugh "Rent is due in a few days...that drunken bastard should be ready to negotiate now...I can save you some money!" LaughLaugh Some months she knows she'll get lucky...it's all about supply and demand...my prices bounce when the rent gets paid. LaughLaugh
