Here we have some great training for After Effects 5/5.5 put out by VTC. I purchased these a little while back and they were a HUGE help in learning After Effects, really huge. I would rate them right under Total Training's videos (but a lot cheaper in price). There are 2 discs to the set and it comes with original packaging and are in excellent condition. They were viewed maybe 3 times since I bought them. They sell for about 100 bucks, I would be willing to sell mine for $50. Please contact me.
