Amphibico VH1000 with the sony Sony DCR-VX1OOO Can't Post

Has anyone ever used the Amphibico VH1000 with the sony Sony DCR-VX1OOO? I want to know what peoples opinions on it are. Also if anyone has any specs on the Sony DCR-VX1OOO, as well as where i could purchase one. I could'nt find any info on sony's site.

The Sony DCR-VX1000 is ANCIENT and has been out of production for years. It's since been superceded by the VX2000, the VX21000 and now the FX1. However as a 2nd hand purchase the Amphibico VH1000 and VX1000 are a good setup.
