Panasonic PV-GS250 Can't Post

I am considering getting a Panasonic PV-GS250 with a Equinox Pro-Pak 6 housing. This will mostly be used in the carribean. What does everyone think of this setup? I am also trying to figure out a relitively cheap light set up. I was looking at the UK Light Cannon 100, but I worried that it will just give a bad hot spot. I am new to filming underwater so if anyone has a better setup that would be around this price range please let me know.
Thanks,
Mike
