I have dove and filmed in the Amazon and you are correct for being concerned. The Ewa bag is a good suggestion but there are other workarounds if you don't want to go for that type of money. I don't know if your room will be air conditioned or not but, if so, briing a few good sized zip lock bags with you and, in the morning, place the cam in the zip lock bag and place it outside of your cabin or room. This will quickly allow your cam to adjust to the outside temp and avoid fogging up. It works every time. When hiking, I simply used a garbage bag to keep my cam in so that if I was filming, any the cam would be protected from the rain and elements. Plus, I could still easily access my controls by touch for shooting. A soft cloth diaper was excellent in removing any droplets that may have gotten on the lens. Good luck and have a great trip.
