Annoying phone calls, advertising on the radio - anyone?

I get calls about 3-4 times per year regarding advertising on the radio, typically for some sort of charity work.
Yesterday, I got a call to advertise for some childrens' charity on ESPN, which would be broadcast over two weekends the end of April.
I let the guy on the phone exhaust himself while doing is shpiel (sp?) and just told him that I'll think about it. Then he goes into "phase-2" of discounting the price, delaying payment....I told him to call back in the morning (as in today).
Damn, I think I'm going to report his number - as of this post, and starting just before 9:30 this morning, I have 13 calls - 3 blocked (unknown, and the rest from a 224 area code, which he called from yesterday).
Because of the obnoxiious annoyance I won't be doing anything with hiim as I don't need anyone calling every five minutes, but the question is.....
Has anyone advertised on the radio for any charity type programs and had any positive feedback?
