Archiving this Forum	Can't Post

Is this forum archived? It seems that only a few weeks of posts are available. I was searching for something a minute ago and didn't find what I was looking for, and I remember it clearly and the keywords should've shown me the post.
It seems to me that in a forum like this, it's especially important to be able to search back.

Hal said something a few weeks back about having to delete posts after awhile because of the cost. I now print things or save them as a text document if they seem to pertain to me. I also ask questions that I know have been asked when I see the thread has been deleted.

I think it cost more money to do that. Of course I'm sure the moderator of this forum would gladly except donations.

Being a web designer, I know that there are tons of free forum scripts that allow for archiving and don't require any more money. Many store all the posts in a database like Microsoft Access which can store decades of forum posts.
Not complaining, just think it's a shame that lots of good information just turns into dust.
