Best VHS tapes? Can't Post

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what brand are the best? I was comparing Sony Professional and Fuji Professional 120 minute tapes. The Fuji tapes are less expensive and are touted as being "the best." Any opinions? Or any other brand that you would suggest instead? (video will be shot in MiniDV for final output on VHS).
Thank you,
Greg

THE BEST FOR ME IS THE
TDK HDX-PRO T-120, GET THE BROADCAST VIDEO PROCESSOR FROM ELITE VIDEO AND YOU WIL BE GETTING EXCELLENTS COPIES IN VHS, OF COURSE NEVER AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINALS BECAUSE THE FORMAT RESTRICTIONS AND THE VCR THAT I USE ISN A INEXPENSIVE JVC HR- S7800U,,PRETTY MUCH A CHEAP SET UP BUT WITH EXCELLENTS RESULTS AND THAT IS WHAT IT COUNTS FOR ME.

I like Fuji BGR "Broadcast Grade".
Fugi PG "Professional Grade" are cheaper. I use them for mutiple copies.
They are probably "Fuji HQ" and "Fuji Master" tape in different packaging. But, consumer tape won't impress your clients. IMHO, it's worth an extra couple of bucks to give your customer something they can't buy at the drugstore.

Well, I'm going to throw a monkey wrench into this discussion. Years ago I tried some Fuji VHS tape and did not like the color reproduction. Obviously, formulations change and improve with time, and maybe they are good now. But ever since that trial with Fuji, I have switched to Sony T-120BA (Broadcast grade in a gray hinged album). It is their top-of-the-line VHS tape, and I've been a loyal user for years. Color reproduction is rich and it is rated high in retentivity.
Just my opinion.

The best VHS tape is the one that works well for you. Try different tapes and see which one you are the happiest with.
pl: go to (www.taperesources.com) and see the different kinds of tapes they have and the grades of each tape. The grade of the tape plays an important part along the type of recording deck that you used.
