Bridal Show marketing Can't Post

I don't know how many of you do larger shows, but here's my latest question. I have a show coming up where there will be approximately 2500 to 3000 brides. I'm going to be passing out CD ROMs at the show to all interested brides, which will be a sizeable investment. Of course, I'll also have business cards available.
I'm wondering if there is any need to provide brochures of any kind. All the information that they will need is on the CD, which leads to my phone number, e-mail, and website. And my website is my on-line brochure with an information page for them to fill out.
Do I really need a brochure or flyer of some sort?
If you can't tell I'm attempting to justify not using a flyer or any other type of printed literature. Anyone care to agree with me to make me feel better?

I personally like the brochure format, I think many brides expect it and will be more comfortable browsing a brochure than a CD rom or web site. A brochure is something "on paper" and has more credibility than something like a web site that can be changed easily.
Here's a web site for some really nice brochures, you can get their sample packet. I put their brochures under a facuet and they're water proof.

5,000 color brochures plus 1,000 free color business cards for $395.

I think you'd have to give them something they can read right there at your booth, like prices and basic package breakdown. Make it as easy as possible for them to learn about you right there. If not on a separate piece of paper, how about the CD label?

You need a brochure. We always print ours out on our home printer and end up handing out about 300-400 for a 2 day show. Some brides just pick stuff up and then sort it all out at home. You might get some brides with the brochure alone.
I would also sugget making at least 50 videotape samples for your hottest prospects. This will show the full quality of your work and set you apart from your competitors. Brides want to see your sample on the format that you will deliver it on.

Ah yes ... packages. I haven't had packages for almost four years. I debated as to whether to add them this year, but since my average per wedding went up after I dropped them it's really hard to bring them back. I do have a range of pricing that I can give, just no packages.
It would appear that maybe I do need to hand something else out at the show.
Thanks

I do large shows twice a year, normally with an attendance of 2500-3000. However only about a third are Brides. To help us, the Brides now have a (Bride)name tag to help us identify them.
I agree with the others, paper works. I have plans to make some Demo DVDs,but at this time I need to research some DVD+R discs to check compatibility.

Paper works. I have had several people tell me that they would not even consider a vendor that does not have a brochure or give out prices.
Now on the other hand I hear what people are saying that when you do not offer packages you can get bigger sales.
I just know that even if you do not have package prices listed it is a good idea to have a brochure. Remeber there are a lot of moms and dads paying for our services who are not into the whole "computer age". They want something simple they can read.

Thanks [In reply to] Can't Post

Thanks to all that responded. I've decided to do two things ... first of all I will be providing some type of post card, flyer, or brochure to those that stop by.
Second ... I'm going to continue my policy of no packages. The average sale per wedding went up so much four years ago it just doesn't make sense to change it based on fear alone. If it doesn't work then I'll reconsider for next year.
I am going to make one other change though regarding the pricing. I will tell them that I all my weddings are customized based on each couple's individual needs, but prices begin at $2000. I'll need to find a better way to describe that on the material, but that will be my basic message.
Again ... thanks to all that responded.

Mike,
I just sent for their sample pack today. Have you ordered from them? If so, how did they turn out? What is customer service like? What is the turnaround time to get the brochures?
