Cool Little Duplicator Can't Post

I saw this in the Discmakers catalog. Automatically dups 25 discs, one at a time. Not bad for $499. I like the smaller size compared to the tower duplicators.

7 DVD's per hour = 168/day. Not a speed demon but respectable I guess. That little "sucker arm" though... I wonder if it drops some of those matte finish disks.

Good point about the suckage.

Yes, a dup tower would churn out many more, but for smaller jobs this would be rather convenient.

I have a Bravo II and it has been one of my favorite purchases - set it up - and walk away - good for the 3-4 disks per gig + I can setup batch jobs so I can burn / print several different projects and not even think about it...

I have 5-7bay towers for the bigger jobs....

To me it's no good without a printer with it.

Yeah, but for $500, that ain't happening. Tongue

On the subject of printing, it would be great if the Ink Caddy boys could do something with those Primera type printers. Imagine the savings.

I haven't seen an ink caddy for the Bravos (which I would buy without much thought!), but there is now one for the Microtech. I saw it at the FOSE show in DC. Looks very similar to the Ink Caddy for the Epsons; multichamber plastic reservoir and tubes going to the print head. Has a larger ink capacity and refills include a quart of each color. Price is much different! About $800 for the caddy or the refill. Don't see it on the Microtech site, though...
