Copyright symbol, what's the keystroke? Can't Post

You know, the little c with the circle around it!
I'm having a brain lapse, but I can't get the little "copyright" symbol into my titler. I know there is a keystroke, like ctrl something, because Ive done it before but I'm drawing a blank.
Anyone want to end my suffering?

another option is the following :
To open the Character Map utility Click on the Windows Start menu, on the lower left of your screen. Select Programs » Accessories » System Tools » Character Map. (OR click Start, Run, and type Charmap).
After choosing a font, double click the desired character(s), click on Copy, return to your document and paste.
