I assume you paid a fortune for that thing and are entitled to some real help from an honest-to-god official adobe rep. (Indian accent and all Laugh)

I've really never had any Adobe issues since version 1.0. There are "quirks" with each application but I could always work around them. One thing I've always done for each major release was nuke my editing system and start fresh. You need to carve out at least a full day but it's worth it.
