I could not get the clip to play by clicking on the link. Then I had a look at the source code of that page (Blush) and copied the link for the file into media player. It started playing almost instantly. I guess something is wrong with the embedding of the clip on that page.
Anyway, on to the clip. For a first time glidecam use: very impressive. You've got some great shots in there! I guess you must have practised quite a bit before taking it out on a shoot as some of those shots are truly great. I did feel the last glidecam shot around the fountain was too long. I would have just used the final seconds of it. Unrelated to your glidecam work: not sure about some transitions. I guess it's personal preference, but I thought some (especially the flying away disc transition) were not ideal.
