Okay, I'll chime in on that remark: remember that Apple "ripped off" their original interface design from Xerox and hasn't been the sole source of GUI advances since then.

Kevin, I'm glad that someone knows this.
My father worked at Xerox (also worked for IBM, NASA, Lockheed Martin etc.) at the time that this was developed.

He had a funny story that he once told me, as he was one of the original developers of the word processing program. NASA had him and his team develop a way to streamline communication and they came up with a way to code computer punch cards (which filled an entire room) that a super computer would use to recognize 3 lines of code. That's an entire room of punch cards for 3 lines of type. Crazy

The funny thing is that they never got a chance to present this, as the boxes fell over (or as my dad thinks was knocked over by a disgruntled colleague), and the cards were all over the room. They couldn't figure out what cards went in what order, as all of these genius engineers never numbered the cards in order of usage. Crazy

Michael

Cameras: I do use them.
Audio: Yes, it does come with audio if you like.
Software: I am learning...
Support: I need all that i can get.
Computer: MAC BABY!

Save it Kevin, I have stayed out of this and you jump on me for one thing I said. Find one of the other guys to have one of your pointless merry-go round rides with.

They may have copied stuff too, but It is true that Apple is the most copied tech company on the planet. Period.

Daniel: I tried to stay out of this too but couldn't resist a friendly jab in response to your comment. Try not to get too worked up about this: hopefully most people realize this is a silly discussion with no real purpose except to have a little fun. Smile
