Help with embedded video in PowerPoint Can't Post

I am trying to help my friend embed a wmv file in a powerpoint presentation. For some unknown reason the video is much softer when viewed in the powerpoint presentation than when it plays outside of powerpoint in media player. I have tried every volume setting I can think of but cannot figure out why it is considerable softer in powerpoint. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

Click edit / movie object / sound volume.

See if that helps.

I did that already but it didn't change much.Unsure It's still much louder in media player than when embedded in powerpoint.
