Just posted a video on the In[Focus] blog with a plethora of tips and techniques that have helped us relate to our customers, and increase our conversion rate. All of us go into business not because we enjoy sales, but because we enjoy making videos. But you can't blame lack of sales on a poor economy if you don't invest in yourself to properly sell your services. Our sales have gone UP this year, so I wanted to share how we did that. The number one way for all of us to overcome are fear of rejection or being nervous when that phone rings is ASKING QUESTIONS. Gets them thinking emotionally and not on PRICE.
