In my opinion, ordinary slo-mo is as good as it gets in Premiere. Frame blending never impressed me either. : : Just tried your suggestions and in my opinion it looks worst than before. do you have to select de-interlace and frameblending? or just one, and then the other, or what? : I tried all possible ways, from just applying the de-interlace feature, to just applying the framebending feature, etc. : : : Both of these work "OK" - however, if you're going down to 25% it's still going to look alittle jerky. Premiere just can't do slo-mo that slow and have it look great. Make sure that you're deinterlacing also. My hope is that it's one of the things they work on for Premiere 7. : : Judy : : : : : : A few weeks ago, someone posted a trick to make slo-mo shots smoother in Premiere. It involved copying the video and placing it on another track off set by a frame or something like that. Can anyone help? Thanks. Marc : : : : : Use FRAME BLENDING to smooth slo mo. Select a clip and choose CLIP from the menur bar --> VIDEO OPTIONS --> FRAME HOLD --> click the box for FRAME BLENDING. : : : I think this does something similar to what you mentioned but this is a bit easier. : : : Jim
