Oh, I have this one. There's a newer model, too. I love it, love it, love it. Use it all the time when traveling to film.

I can typically get a variation of....Z1U, A1U, Canon 40D, a few lenses for all cameras, chargers, brackets, two mic sets, an LBP light or two, batteries (4-6 970's), 17" laptop, monopod, broken-down GC4000, and some other odds and ends. It was a freakin' ton but it works, and still fits on the plane. Then, I have a personal bag for another camera or two and other stuff. Nothing goes under the plane except clothing and tripods. If it's an issue or I have too much, which I've done a few times, I just buy another plane seat to take more stuff onboard and then have two carryons and two personal items.

Have fun taking it all out for the TSA - request a private room - much safer that way; that's what I do.

oh, they fit...it's tight, but it works....just keep in mind that if you pack it as much as I do it's a pain in the as* to pick up as it weighs a ton.
