The Mother of the Bride that I complained about.... Can't Post

....the one that wanted to tell me how to edit the video. I listened to everything she had to say and told her what I would be doing, took lots of notes (very conspicously) and told her what great ideas she had. Her ideas were very basic, easy to do stuff that I was mostly going to do anyway.
I didn't cut out her ex-husband's toast completely....I just cut it down some and took out the weird remarks he said (he was drunk.)
I delivered her finished video on Friday. She called and left me a message that evening. She loves it. The message was rave reviews. I think mostly what she needed was TLC.
I'm saving her message.....I wish I knew how to get it off my cell phone and on my website. Anyone have any ideas? hmmmmm, actually, my cell phone has a headphone jack......I'm going to work on that. Of course, then I have to ask her if it's alright.
Anyway, my point is....sometimes a little TLC produces a happy customer.

That is great Judy.
I think if you go to Radio Shack, you can get a little divice that you can hook to your phone and connect it to a tape player (or something) and record your message. Go to a Radio Shack and ask. I am sure they can help you.

Good salesmen and psychologists know that listening and letting the person (customer) know clearly that you have listened well to them makes them feel understood and their opinion respected. Good job!

You could use whatever audio recording device you have (mini disc or your camera) to record from the phone ear jack or use a mike to record off the speaker and then transfer it to your computer. That would give you that "unsolicited phone-in testimonial" sound to the audio. You can then compress it and upload the audio with a link to play the audio file on your web site.
For the hearing impaired you could have a text transcript on the same link.
