Video Cards Can't Post

Just found out that my old ATI All in Wonder Pro video card which did capture video with Win 95/98 acts only as a video card with Win 2000. So, I am in the market to purchase a good Video Capture card. Any suggestions??? Right now I don't have a camera so the video would be coming from VCR. I am trying to learn Adobe Premiere but wanted to get some footage to practice on, any suggestions?
Thanks!!!

Most likly if you go to ATI website and download the driver for your video card from them you will be able to capture video. Windows 2000 built-in drivers don't support video capture on most ATI cards. Like my Rage Pro.

I recommend the Pinnacle DV500 Plus- a little expensive but includes the Premiere 6.0 real time plus a plethora of other programs to get you going on the DV production!
