Who hosts the most versitile online video ??

Hey all !
I want to post video clips for my B & G's to upload to their wedding wed sites... I host my own videos on my site in flash format - but they are not very eay for a B & G to understand the html to host the way I do -
So - like - uTube, brightcove, vimeo, blah, blah, blah... what service is the easiest to post to for b & g's to put on thier sites.. ( not only do I want them to be able to post on their wedding website - but also like facebook, myspace... all those crazy places! )
I have a brainstorm of an idea... and want to make sure my clients can easily post these videos I am creating...
