Your Picture Profile settings for Z1/FX1 Can't Post

Just wondering what settings others are using for their picture profiles. I've shot mainly with the default (or close to it) setting but have been experimenting a little and like what I see, just haven't used them for an actual wedding yet. I'd love to hear what some of your favorite profiles are. If you prefer to PM me, that is ok.

Thanks much!

Lee

These are the ones I use......

Color Level: +7
Color Phase: 0
Sharpness: 10
Skintone Detail: Type 1
AE Shift 0
AGC Limit OFF
At Iris Limit F11
WB Shift -2
AWB Sens: High
Cinematone: on (I will switch this off in dark receptions to get a little better low light sensitivity)
Cineframe: off

All the videos I share use these settings and I never have to color correct :)

Thanks Chris,

I will give it try and see what it looks like. I know I like the way your clips look, so that's encouraging Smile. Also, good to hear you never have to color correct. A few that I've edited lately, I've had to color correct certain segments more than I think I should have. For instance, the ceremony in my current edit was in a fairly dim room with light coming in thru windows as well. No matter what I do, it just isn't what I'd like it to be. The preps - shot in the same hotel - look great. However, it may have more to do with my white balancing than anything else. I guess I need to stay on top of it more to save myself time in post. Never had a problem in the past so it's kinda weird...

thanks again,
Lee

Chris, I use the Cineframe 30. I know all the A1 users like to brag that it doesn't look like film, but at least it doesn't have that video look. I've never shot anything without it. Would you say that your footage looks anything like film?
