distorted audio wireless fix ? Can't Post

Anyone know the best way to clean up a slightly distorted audio from a wireless pack. Software etc?

You'll have to explain distorted?
Did the audio clip (because it;s too loud) and as such distort?
Is there squelching in the audio?

Thanks for the quick reply Michael.

It is distorted because it was too hot but just a little enough to try something. I tried in PP1.5 by adjusting eq but it didn't quite get it there. some where in a midrange distortion. thoufght I had seen oir heard about audiotion could clean it up a bit.

It is distorted because it was too hot
It's called "clipping".

Adobe Audition has a clip restoration filter. It works pretty good but depending on how blown that audio is you will notice a slight "muffling" effect. Much better than the alternative of course.
