Velma, I create a folder specifically for the DVD I am working on for iDVD to compile the actual project. The master I movie I export from FCP is usually located on the project drive it was captured on, along with any pictures or audio files. Your raw media is left wherever you have imported it from. If you let iDVD create the project (encode the whole wedding) then trash the raw data off your drives, it will ask you to relocate it. So, you may just want to make the folder for iDVD on the drive with all the media. then, burn as many copies as needed (including one for yourself) then trash it. If the client wants another, you can always copy the one you have stashed away. I hope this helps.
