quick release adapter plate Can't Post

I'm looking for a quick release adapter plate (or a QRAP for shortTongue) and I'm not sure if there is one that would work with all the equip I want to get. I currently have an XH A1 that I use with a Matthews M25 tripod. The tripod has a quick release plate (below) but I'm not sure if it is compatible with the other devices I want:
  • Manfrotto 3229 Swivel/Tilt Head for monopod
  • CB105 shoulder support

I also want to purchase a real Bogen fluid head tripod in the future but not now so I would like an adapter that could possibly work for said future tripod as well. Is that asking too much? I saw this Bogen which didn't look bad, but it's discontinued.

So the question is, is there a good QRAP out there that will help my situation?

Actually if he's going to get the 501 or 503 HDV heads then he will want this QR Bogen 577 assembly.

The one that Terry mentioned is good, but it takes a wider QR plate, and isn't interchangeable with the 501/503 HDV heads.

But will either of these work with a Matthews M25? The Matthews plate is 1 and 3/4 inches in width.

Also, this may be a very newbie question but how would I attach the plate to the Matthews? Is there a way to attach the whole connector/adapter assembly on top of the Matthews quick release plate? Or do I switch out the Bogen QR plate with the Matthews' one?

What you will do is attach the Mathews QR plate to the bottom of the Bogen assembly, and slide the Mathews p[late onto your video head.
The attach the Bogen QR plate onto your camera and your set. I have done this n numerous occasions where my tripod head didn't match the same QR plate as my Bogen 501 HDV heads, and it works perfectly fine.
