I'm a PC person who is running Adobe CS5.5 and am looking to purchase a new Apple computer running the same software (obviously with change of platform for Adobe). I need suggestions on which one to purchase and where to purchase it and I don't want to move to FCP. I need something fast and reliable, something that will handle HD, capturing via scandisc, etc., and something that will last me a good 3-5 years. Any constructive suggestions most appreciated. Thanks.

If you didn't pick one, I'd get an iMac. The simplicity of an all in one, especially when it includes an i7 processor and boots from an SSD is not to be underestimated.
