Hi everyone the z7u doesn't have the full range of adjusting values like the EX1 and I have not be able to achieve the look I am looking for and was hopeful perhaps some of you could help me out. I have tried the presets sony provides but that is not doing the trick either.

I am looking for a picture that punches out at you I don't want to see any gray levels or minimun gray levels in black. Iike alot of detail in my picture, but yet don't want to create too much noise. I am not sure about the knee levels etc.... I want to push the camera to give me as much dynamic range as possible, without creating additional problems.

I have played with the master black, gamma levels, black gamma and detail level but it's not cutting it. You can only choose from the 5 gamma presets in the camera and I feel like I am chasing my tail here. Can anyone be of any assistance? I guess really need a camera tech person.....lol
