encoding Can't Post

Hello all,
I just tried to encode a small 3 min, 21 second, video clip, from premiere 6.5, to realplayer, and it came out too big causing pixilation, and not so smooth transitions.
what should be the settings so I can post it on the web?
I would appreciate any feedback on this issue, thanks in advance.
Joyce

Try restricting the viewing frame size to 320x220.
