Our Guarantee & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with any purchase you make from Oak Tree Press and VideoUniversity. Unless otherwise noted, you may return any product within 90 days of purchase for any reason. We will replace it or refund your purchase price as you wish. We do not want you to have anything from VideoUniversity that is not completely satisfactory. Before returning a product to us, you must email or call us for an approval and so we can look up your invoice and name. After the approval has been granted, please send the item to the address on your invoice:

Include a note explaining why you are returning the product and be sure to include your invoice number.

You should expect to receive your refund within about three weeks from the day you ship the package, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

In some cases where lengthy phone consultations were provided for free or in some other cases, we reserve the right to charge a 10 – 15% restocking fee.
