$28 LED Light

Neewer CN-126 Video LED Light

It comes with three filters; a diffuser, a 3200K and a pink filter and there’s a case for the filters. It has a hotshoe that can be tilted, an on/off and dimming button. There’s also a power indicator which shows you how much battery power is left. While it’s made out of plastic, it is sturdy. For a cheap LED light, I don’t think you can beat this one!
